Celebrating Joseph Levasseur and Lévis Heritage

A community initiative highlights people who shaped Lévis, including Joseph Levasseur, former mayor of Saint-David-de-l’Auberivière. Volunteers are developing guided tours and biographies accessible through QR codes at Mont-Marie Cemetery, while also working to preserve the Bourget vault. Descendants are invited to share family information and memories.

In early 2027, a newsletter featuring an approximately fifteen-page account of Joseph Levasseur’s life will be published.
