For this 28th edition, the CQM would like to highlight Michel Levasseur’s exceptional career for his 40th anniversary in the general and artistic direction of the International Festival of Contemporary Music of Victoriaville (FIMAV). The contribution of this visionary to the dissemination and promotion of experimental and improvisational music is, without contrary, exceptional.
