In view of our general meeting of October 1st at 10:00AMwe are sending you (in the
proper order of their reading) the reports that will be presented at this meeting.
The proposed agenda is also attached to this message.

We invite you to join us at this Annual General Meeting which will be held by
videoconference, using the Zoom application. To participate, simply send us your email
address by September 10 and we will email you a personal link and password to join this
meeting. The meeting will be open at 9:45 am. Instructions for connecting to this ZOOM
meeting will be communicated to you following your registration.
